Mike was FANTASTIC!! I had an emergency and needed a shut off valve replaced since I had no water, Mike immediately answered my call in the evening and was out the very next morning. He took the time to assist me in calling/speaking to the hoa/city utilities and due to unforeseen delays with the hoa/utilities company he had to return the next day to complete the job. Through the entire process he was prompt, very kind, patient and super flexible with his schedule in order to prioritize my repair. My disposal exploded and poured lots of water out underneath into my under sink cabinet when I tried to unclog it last week. 3 of my neighbors were also having plumbing issues but most were not happy with their service or none would recommend their plumber so I went on google to find someone.  MAP Plumbers in google reviews looked great so I got a price quote online within minutes. It was reasonable for scope of work and better than the 2 others but biggest plus was scheduling.  They agree to send someone the next morning 8-9 am so I immediately book them.

Plumber showed up this morning on time and was very pleasant but spoke little English.  The owner, Mike was readily available by phone to answer any question I had about the new disposal since it was not the same brand they were replacing.  He also told me new disposal is covered by 5 year warranty and any issues with disposal, they will replace with no additional cost within that timeframe.  All was done before 10am.  Drain was snaked, pipes cleaned and old disposal replaced along with new mount, connection pipe and sink drain, etc. Worker also check for leaks then tidied up.  He left under sink and area clean plus he brought broken disposal to large garbage bin downstairs.  I got invoice by email after work was completed and no upcharge. Since no issues arose during the job, it was exactly as quoted.

I’m very happy with the work so I already got a price quote for future hot water heater tank replacement.  It will have to wait while I’ll save up for it.  Right after plumber left, I also recommended them to one of my neighbors who was still looking for another plumber. Amazing company, amazing service, and so grateful. Needed an old water heater removed and new tankless installed. Mike was here within an hour of my first call to see what needed to be done, Kimberly sent a quote, I approved and Mike was back doing the work in the morning before I even woke up. Highly recommend MAP. I had an emergency leak and they responded right away. It turned out to be a very complicated issue. Mike completed the tedious job for a fair price and was very easy to work with.
